        But where may we purchase ECC RAM? So hard to find in Singapore.

        You can get them direct from the distributors of your preferred brands. Usual retail channels normally cater to consumer products.

        Of course, ECC memory is usually only offered by memory makers who have both consumer and professional series in their lineup, such as Kingston. So not all memory brands will have such options.

        u don't really need ecc rams for workstation. they are actually 10% slower than normal rams. I would say eccc rams are more needed for servers that do a lot of data manipulations.

        however if u really want o buy, u should be able to get them from convergent .
